I cannot receive my services from EpicNPC even though I have paid

About 3 days ago I bought "Upgrade" and "Credits" with a credit card. But I still can't get my services. Although I opened a ticket for 3 days and wrote a message, I can't get any results. Each message is returned after about 1 day, the system works very hard and I lost 3 days during this time.

Frankly it looks like I won't be able to get the services even though I have paid, so I'm worried. EpicNPC has shaken my confidence.

Is there an admin that can really help with this?

I raised the issue on Discord. Despite dozens of moderators and authorities, none of them could help with this. All they say is that the admin can help with this. Admins do not see this problem or do not care enough.

I am writing this site of mine here, but I am writing about what I live and think. If I'm going to be punished just for writing this, it shows that I'm right.

In summary, I lost 3 Days and did not get my purchases back. Is there anyone who can really help with this issue? I will not be able to find any solution?

Only admins have insight into payment and the only way to contact them is by opening a ticket using the contact us option.

What exactly do you mean? What kind of responses are you getting from the admins and why are they not satisfactory?

I opened a ticket. Payment completed. I made 3 payments.
on my first payment; failed because my card is closed for international use.
I fixed this setting on my 2nd payment and purchased an "upgrade". I saw a message saying "it will be reflected in your account within 24 hours".
I bought "credits" in my third payment. The purchase was successful and I saw the screenshot that was successful.

When I check through the bank, it appears to be approved for 2 transactions from my account. So the payments have actually been made.

I'm trying to tell the admin through the ticket, and the admin tells me;
1 transaction failed, 2 transactions cancelled.

he replies. I'm posting all the screenshots and proofs. No progress!

It's been 3 days.. Every message I write on the ticket is answered after 1 day!

Sorry but this is an extremely slow system and really this support means nothing as it is a very delayed support service.

An issue that has been delayed by 3 days and is still not resolved seems to continue to wait. And if I wait any longer, my payments will mean nothing. Do you understand what I mean?

There is no such thing as "you can wait at least 3 days" when purchasing. When people buy something, they expect it in return, or they take some decisions in their lives for the service they will receive.

Well admin's only work specific hours and they are in the Eastern Time Zone, specifically in the United States. You have also hit a week end when less people are available to assist.

Two were voided and 1 was declined. There were no successful payments charged to this card. Sorry.
Declines can take up to 48 hrs to return. Voided payments can take 3-7 days depending on your credit card.

it's been 10 days. Payments I have made have been successfully logged out of my account. There were no refunds or cancellations.

During this time, I lost exactly 10 days. EpicNPC is not working properly. My payments are not reflected in my account.
 
We are not a credit card company so we do not have access to internal data about voided or declined payments. We can only see they were declined and voided, but we can't see their status or when you received them, nor can we obtain this information due to credit card privacy restrictions.

You can contact your credit card company (not bank) and they should be able to provide some sort of time line to you.

You are not a credit card company. But I am not a bank. I am the customer. I paid you. I did not get what I paid for.

It's that simple and clear. You are telling me the payment was declined or cancelled. But I don't see any cancellation or rejection. I paid the money and it was deducted from my balance. So the payment has reached you. If the payment has not reached you, you should go and discuss it with the company you work for.

You have no right to distract the customer with such things. According to European customer rights laws, this is your crime. A payment was made to you, it came out of the bank and there has been no response since 10 days.

I am not an ignorant person. I have made payments on many online sites before. If it was canceled or rejected, I would understand that. But your payment has not come back because there is no rejection or cancellation. The payment I made is not in the provision. So my bank paid you this amount and your firm never repaid this amount.

Now you need to clarify this issue. I'm not after my payment. There's a crime involved here, and that's what interests me.
 
Please contact your credit card and work with them. If they do not see the payment, chargeback the payment. Since it was already voided and declined, a chargeback won't be possible and they will tell you the status at that time.

I talked to the bank. The bank said this payment was successful. There is no such as "contact credit card"!

As I said. He told me the payment was successful. After that, you have to do something. If you're not going to do anything, the next step would be to go to Europe Customer Rights. In this case, you may be subject to legal investigations.
