What is the dispute about? On 16 November 2022, Selling an already sold account to another person

On 16 November 2022, I contract scammer to buy his account, 3 days later I got an account, login without any issue. I didn't change Email but I changed the password. Then I bought race change/ server transfer to my recently bought account. The original character was a female orc and I race change to female BloodElf. The server transfer was never use.
Last week I tried to login to my account but I have no access to the account. Apparently, the scammer sold my account to another person on February 20 ,2023. As the buyer posted in this forum https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/rog...-towers-shadowlands-mage-tower-armor.2292332/.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) ID, Password, SQA
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 3months
