I Bought an account but after the transfer it has been locked for 27 days

Dear rokkers,

I have bought an account here yesterday. As the middleman gave me the account and I tried to log onto it, everything seemed fine. But when the game was loading I got an pop-up message that there was an unknown error. As I went on and got onto one of his little other city's that were on the account, I saw that the main city has been greyed out. When I click it it says that there is an unknown error and with a countdown of 27 days!!

is there anybody that knows anything about an situating like this? I start to worry that I have just thrown away my money for nothing.

I would like to hear from ya'll.

yes that's the situation... The seller has been banned. But I am looking for a way to get the lock still off the account.
