I bought the account through MM slightly more than 1 month ago. And linked the account the my email address. Played the account for around 1 month. But one day I am not able to log into the account anymore.

I contacted Genshin impact support. Genshin impact request me to provide information like when was the account first created, and the first payment receipt in the game, which obviously only the original owner could provide.

So basically, any bought account has no guarantee whatsoever. Doesn't matter if you use the MM service, or if you linked the account to you email address, or how long you have played the account, the original owner could report the account as being hacked and get the account back through Genshin impact. And as the buyer of the accont, Genshin impact will not be on your side whatsoever.

So, conclusion, there is a very big risk with buying Genshin impact account. The original owner could get back your account easily.

I like the account I bought, I thought it will be mine after the transaction was completed. Spent money on it, got Raiden Shogun, farmed artefact and talent level up material for her and Xiao, Ayaka, Ganyu, Xingqiu ... But I have given up on getting 'my' account back. It is really sad for me.

That's why I am sharing my experience here. All buyers please know your risk before you decide to buy.

 

You will never be the owner, but in fact you are just renting the account.
