i follow daily this forum so i'm watching more threads about chargebacks of in-game currecy on genshin impact accounts

so, i bought a account here which has good stuff (3*5 star chars and 2*5 weapons) considering the price i paid, i just thought i got lucky.

then 2-3 weeks later when i was thinking to put money to get new characters i realized there was no x2 bonus on almost all crystals top ups and this obviously tells me previous "owner" used it, so he spended around 150$+ and i bought the account for less than half of that.

next, i ask seller about it, and he tell me he has no idea, he just resold me this account, so this tells me he got it for less than the price he sold it me.

now i'm very frustrated because i spended a lot of time leveling up this account which is my current main, also i'm scared to keep playing because every day i'm just waiting for that email in game saying "you did a chargeback, we will ban your account"

there is no way to see payment history on genshin accounts?

how much time you guys think is a "safe" period to be sure there is not going to be payment reversals?, or maybe i just better forgot it and buy a new one...

There is always a risk when buying accounts. Your best bet is to go with a trusted seller with lots of reputation, or an account you know is from the original owner if you are worried about safety or it changing hands too many times. If you feel you paid for something and found out later a lot of what was advertised is missing or not what was communicated to be, you can try and work that out with the seller or open a dispute here:

You should be able to access purchase history from your Apple or Google account.

It would depend on the situation and payment method used at point of sale. That said, many major banks and card companies allow a 4-6 month period for chargebacks/disputes to be investigated.

This would be related to our full disclosure rules. It seems the seller failed to disclose that they are not the OO, although I don't know the sale thread URL, so maybe it was stated there. I would argue that because more was spent on the account then it was sold for, the in-game payments should have also been disclosed to you. If the seller stated nothing to you about either, I recommend opening a dispute as stated above.

Full account disclosure: The seller must state to the buyer before payment whether or not the account has ever been recalled, hacked, stolen or has received violation warnings. For some games, the seller must also disclose whether or not any payment transactions (buying in-game items) have occurred on the account.
  • Botted accounts: If the account was created/leveled using a bot, this must also be disclosed. This means the account was botted from level 1 to the max level. This does not include legit accounts that at one time or another used a bot.
  • Seller must disclose if they are the original owner of the account.
  • Anything vitally important about the account must be disclosed to the buyer before payment.
