I am disabled, How can I get verified?

I am unable to drive a car, and don't have a passport. I turned 18 this year, All I can provide is a birth certificate, companion card, and School ID. How else am I mean't to verify myself?

You can go to any license branch and get a identification card. This is a government ID that doesn't require automotive test/course to be taken. They require a $10~20 fee and birth certificate so be sure to take that with you.

How do we confirm this? Every scammer can just say they're disabled to bypass the ID check. I'm sorry, but there is no exception for the ID check.

Require a notarized document from a doctor that said person truly is disabled. There is no way someone would notary a false document.

I guess they have something called a "Proof of Age" card which servers general identification. Have you heard of one of these before?
