Let me see if I can undestand.

1. Customer made an order
2. Seller started provide the service
3. Customer cancelled the order and requested refund
4. Seller started the refund process according to the refund policy
5. Customer do not like the refund policy, that he had accepted before the payment, and started to perform suspicious activitity, including legal actions and Blizzard requests to close our company with proofs on the email to us.
6. Seller stopped the refund for the investigation of risks, according to the refund policy, which Customer accepted.
7. Now we will keep the money for 90-180 days, to investigate the risks and harm. If legal action will be issued, we will refund money according to the legal action.
Let me see if I can undestand.

2. Seller provided no service.
3. Customer got angry they received no service.
4. Seller deleted the customer's order, account and pretended for 3 days they were not a customer.
5. Seller then stated they will keep the money for 180 days even though the seller provided nothing to the customer.

HUSKYBOOST a ban will be issued in 24 hrs if a refund is not sent. Your upgrades have been removed. Trusted badge is no longer eligible due to the sellers actions (deleting accounts, orders and policy of keeping money for no reason).

And please stop banning people for following the terms of their website. Customer have accepted the terms, and refund policy, which I clearly show in the video.

I have posted this situation to all our Customers and boosters, and told, that Huskyboost is banned for following our terms on epic npc, and basically every man can just do a dispute against any company, and company will be banned if would not act like Customer like.

Thousands of boosters, Customers and just other people in our social media are not ok with this, and are ready to review this, I think you receive right now already a lot of them.

Why are you writing all this? For what purpose? To continue to keep my money illegally?

I have no words. I have seen many cases in my practice, but this is the first time I have seen such a perverted fraud. Usually scammers stop at receiving money, deleting contacts and blocking the buyer, but after you have performed all these actions with me, you continue to blame me, the moderators, invent some illegal rules and present yourself as a victim.

After my account is deleted and my funds are not returned to me, I reserve the right to protect my rights by any means available to me.

I advise you to come to your senses and direct your thoughts not towards avoiding responsibility and not returning other people’s money, but towards working correctly with customers. You have been given such a chance.

Your money is not stolen, they are holded cause of your suspicious behavior and according to the Huskyboost refund policy, which you have accepted before the payment.

After we will finish risk investigation ( we will receive no legal action, no action from microsoft, from Blizzard and so on) money will be returned to you.

We would not be scared of this - and would not cancel our refund policy, just because you do not like something.
As I said before - you could just wait for your refund, and already received it.
But now, cause of the harm you are doing already - we will resolve this issue according to the refund policy, that you have already agreed before the payment.

Thats why we are acting like that - we are not scammers, we are protecting our rights according to your Legal action \ Blizzard requests to close our company and other harm.

On the Huskyboost social media telegram channel more than 5000 Customers and boosters are checking this situation now, and are vouching for us- cause we are honest company.

You have some kind of perverted understanding of what is happening.

Do you understand that for me all your actions are the theft of my money? And until you return them, I will do everything to get my money back, because I have the full and legal right to do so. And it cannot be any other way.

No one should be guided by rules that violate the law on the seller’s obligation to return money to the buyer upon his request. The rules you came up with for deleting an account and protecting some risks are, in my opinion, the nonsense of a sick person, I don’t even undertake to evaluate them.

Once again I advise you to think carefully and follow the law.

The video shows the payment, but provides zero evidence why it's considered a "suspicious payment" and why it was cancelled for a refund. Based on the status updates, it seems the payment was fully accepted. It appears the problem occurred when the buyer was supposed to take some action.

I don't know if the buyer was rude or what they didn't, but it appears the payment was process and accepted 30 mins after it was received.

Dec 13 - Order received
Dec 13 - payment processed (accepted)
Dec 17 - status update 'need action from buyer'
Dec 18 - status update ' queued for refund'

All chat messages in the video are from Dec 21 or later. These are irrelevant. The video showing no information about why the order was cancelled. Where's the data from Dec 13 to Dec 18?

There is no policy in the world by any legitimate company where if an order is cancelled, they hold your money for 180 before refunding it. This does not exist.

Our policy: Suspicious payment. Payment is refunded immediately . We ban or disable the user's account and in some cases contact the member for more info. All data is kept in case a mistake was made.

Your policy: Suspicious payment. Payment kept for 180 days. Delete the user account and order, then pretend the user never purchased anything until an avalanche of data is posted publicly embarrassing you and revealing you scam your customers.

You cannot keep money when you did nothing. I don't care what your policy is. We will not honor it and it is not a legitimate policy.

PayPal does that when they close someone account, funds are on hold for 180 days.
That a different matter. That policy is not related to a "suspicious payment". PayPal will hold and review a payment if they deem it suspicious. This normally takes 1-3 days. They will then either release the payment or return it back. No where near 180 days.

The policy your referring to is when an account is thought to be involved in illegal activity and they terminate your account. Paypal is essential a bank, not a store like Husky. Banks are legally obligated to follow certain government regulations with regards to the funds if the holder of those funds is thought to be involved in illegal activity.

However even than Paypal does not delete your account and tell you you were never a customer, so even then their policy is not the same as HuskyBoost.

My money has not been refunded by Huskyboost and I am sure it will never be refunded.
