Good afternoon!

I wanted to warn you that you have a scam thread on your forum from a Huskyboost user.

I have been on this forum for a long time and have always carried out successful transactions, I saw this user on the forum, he had good reviews and 13.13.2023 i paid for the service on their website https://huskyboost.com in the amount of $670, after payment the service was suddenly postponed to 3-4 weeks, 17.12.2023 I said that I was not satisfied with this and asked for a refund, I was informed that the money will be returned within 4 working days, but the money has not been returned to me, although all the deadlines set by the seller have passed, moreover, my account on their website was completely deleted due to the fact that I persistently demanded a refund my money👏They don't respond to my emails either.

I am currently planning to contact the police regarding the theft of my money by this site.

I would really not like other users of this forum to suffer from this user and this forum to be associated with these scammers. This is simply unacceptable.

In my opinion, these are actually some kind of Russian hackers, here is the confirmation of payment for their invoice, which I received by email, everything is in Russian, I would not be surprised that they steal in this way and collect money for Putin for the criminal war against Ukraine. To be honest, I’m generally shocked.

Sorry, we can't verify you as the real Customer, cause we do not see full screenshot from email and payment page. Please provide more detailed proofs, that you are real customer, and that you have not received service \ refund.

Understand this is all useless, these are very professional scammers. I don’t wish anyone to go through such a scam. Here is a screenshot from their website from my device, if you open this website on your own you will see a blue icon with a support chat in the lower right corner, but on my device this chat is missing and it doesn’t even appear, the entire correspondence history is deleted, the account is deleted and changed email addresses.

Yet you keep sending anything but that?

Start from email , screenshot > scroll down > screenshot

Send everything again, don't expect you are gonna get any help if you can't even screenshot the proof properly... (Whole emails, from top to bottom )

In this situation, not everything is so simple, Huskyboost uses a system for changing the default sender name and from email in WordPress, most likely via WP Mail SMTP, i.e. the emails come from Huskyboost and the email addresses contain huskyboost.com, but the emails are actually sent from [email protected]. Here I am attaching screenshots.

The only address of their payment system actually matches the name and address.

Do you mean that Huskyboost now needs to open all payment info, all order information, and proof that we are not scammers like we are in court? I mean, we can provide the information, but we have lots of Customers only in World of Warcraft Dragonflight per day. If even 1% of the Customers form a dispute on Epicnpc every time they do not like something - we need to hire the person who will handle all proofs and talk with the Epicnpc administration.

Yes, no one should be posting in a dispute that does not involve them. Again, vouches do not change the dispute and will be ignored. Currently everything that has been provided matches what I could recreate myself.

DIscord looks like this for all new Customers. It is needed to find the support agent contact and contact him (so you would not contact wrong discord).

I don’t quite understand your answers in this topic, you previously claimed that my order did not exist, then you demanded evidence that I did not receive a refund, then you began to demand evidence that the service was not provided to me. Moreover: Epicnpc admin deleted at least 2 other people vouches in this topic, who have received the service during the last week and can proof, that we are not scamming people.

  • For us it is not enough evidence provided by counterparty.
  • We do not have such an order number, and such an account on website.
  • Customer is not providing any proofs exept cutted mobile screenshots, no conversation with support in discord.
  • We have no time to investigate here every customer if he was real or fake, and provide proofs like in the court like we are guilty by default and we need to recover.

I have verified the steps of everything myself.

None of the images could have been faked as I went back and replicated everything other than completing a transaction. However, the confirmation email he received was from [email protected] which is your email. I do not see it posted anywhere so I do not know where he would have gotten that from.

the site started working, I tried to better understand what kind of payment system this is, almost all the press and reviews are in Russian and are related to the receipt of funds by Russian companies from Europe and US. Even managed to find the location of the company via Russian browser Yandex - Russia, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Evenkiyskiy District

Do you even understand what you are doing?

A person pays you for a service, you change the deadline, after disagreeing with the deadline, the client demands a refund, you say that you will return only 80% (i.e. the client should just give you $136), the client expresses his indignation and disagreement with this ( he has right to do this) and you just delete his account and don’t tell him anything at all.

Do you understand that you are violating all existing consumer rights laws? Your actions generally fall under the signs of a crime - theft of other people's money.

If I had not created this dispute on the forum, I would never have received any response from you at all and only under the threat of a ban, when I provided all the evidence, you decided that my order still exists, and before that you lied here in the topic and threatened the moderators.

Let me see if I can undestand.

1. Customer made an order
2. Seller provided no service.
3. Customer got angry they received no service.
4. Seller deleted the customer's order, account and pretended for 3 days they were not a customer.
5. Seller then stated they will keep the money for 180 days even though the seller provided nothing to the customer.

HUSKYBOOST a ban will be issued in 24 hrs if a refund is not sent. Your upgrades have been removed. Trusted badge is no longer eligible due to the sellers actions (deleting accounts, orders and policy of keeping money for no reason).
