This is what I do to the idiots who recall accounts. This is a warning: You won't get to keep your account if you recall. It doesn't matter if you transferred it out 10x to a new account. I will track it and I will get everything banned.

It would be great if other people did the same practice. People need to learn that recalling accounts will not grant them any benefits. It will just waste their time and effort.

If you need to get an account banned, simply report that it has been sold and attach as much evidence as possible. Send this to: [email protected] -- This method has been confirmed by GMs that I have spoken with in game.

Things to attach:
- Chat logs
- E-Mail logs
- Transaction proof
- ID that the owner may have sent you
- As much account information as you have on the accounts (SQA, CD-Keys)

I removed all the text from the E-Mail for safety reasons and to protect the recaller's identity (ironic that I am protecting someone who scams). But basically it's a long text explaining that I bought the account, which WoW accs were affected, and a well drawn out story.

MMO-Armory has a very low recall rate. And those that recall get screwed. Don't mess with us kkthx ;)

Haha, awesome you found a way to make them pay.

Only thing I want to know is, what exactly was the point of posting the picture of the email if you don't see anything but a red box. Seems kinda pointless to post it ;)

It started out as the full email, then I started greying things out, then everything ended up greyed out lol. I didn't want my E-Mail to blizz associated to myself. But yeah, I attached stuff :P

I have been doing this for quite a while. Honestly if you try to scam my website and recall your account you will not win. Credit cards are able to be charged back up to 2 years. In addition we can simply email Blizzard with all the info on the account and how it was sold and they ban it no questions asked. Not worth it.

I've heard stories of this method.

One story I've been told by someone in the guild that he bought an account for a lot of money from a good rep seller and he made things clear that he had no plans to sell the account and whatnot since it was for his own personal pleasure. The seller told him that the warranty is valid for life once he buys it from him, and if have any problems the seller will recall it for him and blah blah you know. The guild member who I will not name, told the seller he will move it to another account for his own peace of mind with his own SQ and A on the new account and buy his own cd keys to this new account and the seller also provided ID Proof as well as part of the deal and the seller said the warranty still stands even if he did move the toon to a brand new account as long as he didn't try to sell it so he did move the toon as he said he would to a new account and put in new cd keys that he bought himself at the store.

The thing is, it's ironic you posted information how to do all this. Ironically the seller ****ed him that way and turns around and says the buyer must have done something illegal to get the account banned and the buyer said he did nothing to get the account banned since he bought it for his own pleasure and he wouldn't do something stupid to get it banned considering the money he spent on it. He got the money and the buyer lost money and his account.

It basically puts sellers like you guys in bad light and makes you guys look questionable. How are people to know that you guys are 100 percent honest sellers?

This method will never work unless the account has many prior marks against it. This is more out of frustration on Jano's part, and trying to find a better method to avoid repeats with the same character for both himself and others.

If an account has multiple callin's recovering it, or has been locked multiple times for ID's, a lot of times reporting it as sold with the correct accompanying information can get it banned, but it would be well deserved and the documentation would need to be tight.

This method is tried and true, TheGameSupply, if you have a better method it would be best if you share it. If you don't know for a fact and with no evidence, it's also better if you keep your mouth shut. Saying "This method will never work unless the account has many prior marks against it. This is more out of frustration on Jano's part, and trying to find a better method to avoid repeats with the same character for both himself and others" about me is uncalled far.

I have done this numerous times and it has always worked. It's easy to figure out whether it has worked or not. After reporting the account as stolen (acting as the buyer), contact Blizzard again from a different E-Mail/IP and this time act as the account owner again. You'll get a response like this:

Greetings <Name withheld>

As requested I have performed a full investigation into your reported account and I can confirm that the evidence presented was correct, and that the subsequent action taken was appropriate.

Due to 18 account name changes, ID being provided from more than one source several times and the fact this issue was addressed by us back in January of 2011 for the same dispute, I can confirm that the decision to ban your account was the corrupt course of action

As part of my investigation on the issue for you, I also contacted the ATS agent you were on the phone with and through this I have also come to find that no such promise of getting your account back given to you.

Following this investigation I can confirm in this matter will stand, and it will not be overturned.

Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. If you wish to create a new account, you will need to obtain a new and unused CD key with a retail copy of the game.

We now consider this matter closed, and would not look to enter into further communication on the matter.

Hi Feya,

I had a similar issue. An account was locked after someone purchased it from me, and it was a Scarab Lord. The toon was originally toonvendor's, he and I both worked very hard together and sent in multiple notaries and finally got the account unlocked.

I believe that treating a customer well is in the interest of me as a seller. The customer will come back and make more purchases. Therefore I see no reason to turn down a client the way you described in your post. I understand some sellers may do what you described, only thinking about short term profit maximization. In the long run however, that isn't beneficial neither financially nor for the seller's reputation.
