How to make multiple threads to glow green?

I would like to ask how can I make multiple thread green if it's possible. I tried to do in in my inventory, although I could not find any options there. Any suggestions?

Just an additional note for new members - As doomedtofail mentioned above, it's a once per-thread option.

I thought after my threat will be deleted, sold, bought, or traded. I could still reuse the green title for another threat. That is why I purchased it for 365 days. Now when I don't see that option, I would highly recommend to all new members to be aware of this so you won't make the same mistake as I did.
