How to make a deal between buyer/seller?

Hi, I'll get straight to the point.

Once I make a sell thread, and there's a buyer, how do I start the deal?

Do I use trade guardian on the upper left of forum?
What if I want the buyer to pay me through paypal? Or I want to pay with paypal?

I want to be thoroughly prepared before selling or buying.

p.s. I don't use bitcoin, WU, money order, what not...
