How to know the reason someone's get banned on EpicNPC?

So I got a friend request from someone on Discord, and he wants to buy my account. But after checking his discord on EpicNPC website, I found out his account is banned.

He told me that his account got banned because of multiple accounts.

My questions are:
What's that "OBLIVION" there? Is it his other account? If yes, is it possible for me to go to his account by just clicking that "OBLIVION" name? There must be many accounts with that name, so it's hard to find the right one.


Is it possible to know the reason someone get banned? Not just telling us the account is banned. Maybe from their account, we can go to the dispute thread automatically?

you can search by the name

if you carefully check the name it's L in lower case instead of i in capital, so it's not "oblivion" but "obllvlon"

he got banned because proxy/vpn

and since he use the same IP with the previous banned account, that account also got banned due of multiple account rules

We do not allow the use of VPN’s or Proxies here on EpicNPC, which was the main reason for the original ban, however instead of contacting support he attempted to circumvent it by creating multiple accounts, which have all ended up disabled or banned as well.
