How to hire someone without breaking rules?

I want to hire someone to do some heavy data entry work on my forum listings and improve them, there are too many of them atm and I may add more in the future so it's hard to manage them all by myself, I don't know if I'm allowed to share my account for this purpose or is there any alternative to accomplish this?

As long as the user doesn't have their own account you should be okay. If the account is disabled due to suspicious activity, you can unlock it by using the recovery options.
