How to get TWV when your Paypal only has bank account.

When i try purchasing TWV and i go through paypal it says this retailer does not accept e-bank. I was wondering if there is any way to buy TWV without a credit/debit card hooked up to your paypal.

Just add the funds from your bank and pay using the PayPal funds perhaps?

I would always recommend when having a business to hook up a debit card to your bank account. Its very simple and easy and will allow direct funding from your bank account. I do believe requesting a withdrawal to your paypal account will work, but it does take a few days.
