Hello,
To be able to edit your profile photo, you need the upgrade in screenshot.
You can find it on this page = https://www.epicnpc.com/infocenter/upgrades.html
Once you set your profile photo by using the upgrade, it remains even if your upgrade is over, but some other features disappear after your upgrade is over.
