I have this question a while ago and can't find the option to download video on Facebook. So what I did is to play the video in HD, screen record it on my phone (I use IOs 11). Seems like a silly way but it actually works...haha the video has somewhat HD quality

I tried SNFull but it didn't seem to work. The conversion was stuck... I ended up using the video downloader for Facebook by https://fboffline.net which did the trick. I was able to download the Facebook video with just a few clicks.

There are various sites you can convert Facebook videos into MP4 HD formats, I've compiled a bunch of sites you can use to convert them below some mentioned already by other members.
Facebook to Video converter sites
The sites are pretty straight forward just paste the Facebook video url link into the URL (Uniform Resource Link) and choose the resolution you'd like than download it!
These should do the trick all 3 of them will provide the the needed services to convert a Facebook video into MP4 video formats in High Quality resolutions! Enjoy downloading videos
