How to check how long a Minecraft account has been linked with email address?

How do I check this? I want to verify if the conditions are met before calling a middleman.

Try and see the account creation date and if it was created with a OG email then you can determine. If not maybe contact Support

But it's probably best to make a new email and change it to that and then wait 30 days
