how to change MM? waited too long for MM to respond

I have transaction and we already paid MM. is there anyway to change the middleman during transaction? we already have a thread but he only replied once afterwards he did not respond anymore even to DM (couple of hours already).

He is online but not responding to any messages. at least advise us on the status or when to proceed. I hope this is resolve asap as we need to finish the transaction today being our available time.

You can't change a MM once a transaction has already started.
You would have to cancel it and then create a new one. Would need to pay another fee, but the old one would get refunded within 24h.
