How to cancel Trade Guardian Transaction and get MM fee refunded

I recently had a transaction on trade guardian where the MM determined they could not go through with the transaction as there was no way for them to verify the account details. From what I read on the policy regarding cancellations, it appears that if the MM didn't receive the item I'm entitled to a full refund of the MM fee. I was just wondering if anybody knew how to actually cancel the transaction/get the refund as the status of the sale is still "MM waiting for item". Thanks in advance.
