Summoners War: Sky Arena is a mobile game made by Com2uS which uses a proprietary account management platform called Hive, which makes the process of securing an account different than most other mobile games.
To take ownership of an account, you need to secure the associated Hive account. In this guide we'll provide some tips for buying and selling a Summoners War account.
Buying a Summoners War Account
To gain full access of an account, the seller would need to provide you with the following information:
- Account username
- Account password
- Access to the email account OR security codes from the email
- Secondary password (optional - only if set)
Once you obtain this information you need to log in to the game. It was previously possible to access an account through their website, but that has since been discontinued and managing account details is now only possible from within the game.
If you have already used SW with a different account and the region of that account does not match the region of the account that you're buying, you should uninstall and re-download the game, so that it prompts you for a region. If you do not do this, it will log in to the wrong region on the purchased account and you'll be forced to go through the tutorial before being given an option to switch regions.
Checking the account
Since you need to log in to the game anyway in order to secure the account, you might want to check it first. The easiest way is to just tap on the "Monsters" button in the lower left and switch to grid view. That will show you all the active monsters in the account. You could also access the collection and monster storage to make sure that everything is there.Securing the account

Selling a Summoners War Account
To prepare a Summoners War account for sale and make the processed easier for the buyer, you can do the following.
- Make sure that you have access to the email account that is linked with the game. You'll need to provide security codes to the buyer.
- Remove the secondary password option if set.
- Remote additional info off the account if you have it set. This is the other/recovery email and phone number.
- Unlink the account from Google or Facebook if you have it linked.
Tips for selling a Summoners War account:
- Consider deleting your friends list and leaving your guild before selling your Summoners War account.
- Do not provide the code from the email too early. The buyer can log in to the game and check the account without needing a code. A code is only needed when accessing the account management screen and allows changes to be made to the account. If the buyer is going first, make sure to receive the payment before providing the code.
- In case you're giving the email account along with the game account, the same applies. Do not provide access to it before the payment.
- Allowing the buyer to check the account is discouraged since damage to the account can still be done. Consider using screenshots or screen sharing to show what your account has. Do not reveal your username or Hive id.
