How to arrange safe monthly payment?

As title says, a buyer suggested to do a monthly payment but i can't think of any safe way to guarantee i get my money and he doesn't screw my account if he doesn't. Any thoughts?

This isn't something I would recommend doing. Sticking to contracts online is just not a thing unless you're dealing with HIGHLY reputable members who have something to lose. I know this is said a lot with just about any transaction, but even more so when it comes to a payment plan.

You can, however, use a middleman to hold onto the account until he pays. But since it's a monthly long thing, I'm not sure who would take that up (if anyone).

I wouldn't do it. I highly suggest against it, unless they have a LOT of history here and have been here for quite some time.

Even if someone holds the account info well still he can just grab all my stuff and leave the account empty which is what concerns me, because it is about an mmo account. Anyway thanks for the reply , i think i won't do it. I have been scammed before and it is painful and you feel like an idiot.

You answered your own question. Its stupid and unsafe.

Don't do online contracts.
