How REALLY to get scammers information?

OK. I have been trading for 1-2 years now i have gone through many successfull trades and have caught many scammers. Me being SO stupid when we gave each other user/pass for a trial. I thought he was a legit guy. Well the email that was registered to it is a test one that i put on there when i got the account from a trade, and havent changed it. Turns ouutttt that i forgot the password to it and i cant retrieve it because of Hotmail's horrible password retrieval system. anyway he changed the password on both accounts the traded and mine and i would get it easily if i knew the pass to the email....
ANYWAY
(btw he goes by dewthedewdude5, and bringbackwoms)

I was wondering how to get his information like I have seen other people do. i know there is a way like with IP, MAC, w/e people have said but I was wondering where I could actually find how to do that?

I've only recently tryed searching for this kind of stuff myself. All I know how to do so far is get the guy's IP via e-mail and find his internet service provider adress,number, email and all that crap.

Of course, I cannot go any further than that by myself. Knowing his ISP's information isn't the key.

Get online please, I have loads of information on this guy. Like 4 1/2 pages. His name, his girlfriends info, pics of him, his location, etc. I would never post it on the forums, or PM it to you though.
