How Long Does it take to Get MM in Tradeguardian

I started a tradeguardian trade almost an hour ago and still no MM

I see it was cancelled while a MM was pending. Once a MM claims a transaction, the seller has to approve them before they're added. This is done to ensure the seller is online.

There was no mm that claimed the trade we were waiting and the buyer nad to cancel and was so pissed

I see an invite was sent to one of our MM. That should only be used if you have spoken to the MM and they are ready so start. Otherwise they could be afk or busy. The best way is to leave the default option and the next available MM will claim it.
