ALright I have recieved 2 negatives in the last 2 months from people with equal or higher feedback than myself because of things out of my control.

The first negative came because when I sold the guy the account I told him if he had a problem with it before the xfer was up I would offer him a refund.

The account got banned after he resold the account is what he told me and he wanted a refund. If he resold it to someone how do I know what they did to get the account banned. And it took me a week just to find out he actually resold it he never even told me himself.

The next 2 accounts I sold to warcraftexpress. He had both accounts for about 6 weeks. He resold one account and about 1 week after he sold it to the guy the account got locked and requires a not. ID to unlock it and about a week after that the 2nd account got locked and I emailed him a copy of the OO's ID and now blizzard wants that ID notorized also.

Now I got left a negative feedback by him as well.

Now my question is are accounts suppose to be like walmart where you have like 90 days to get a refund or how far am I suppose to go when I sell a account when they get these accounts locked or banned?

This is a very iffy question, and is the debate, and source of many issues on this site. My personal opinion is that as long as the person YOU sold it to has access to the account when it gets locked/banned then a refund is justifiable. But if the account has changed hands one or more times after the original transaction then the person you sold it to is liable. There is no telling what the person your customer sold the account to did to it whilst it was in his possesion, and the liability for your customers's customer's possible mistakes should be on your customer, and not you.

But should an account get locked/banned for no good reason other than there was a mistake made in the transaction process (strange credit cards used for transfer, drastic IP changes) then the liability most certainly falls on you.

6 weeks is a long time, the person who you gave the account to could have done a lot of things to it. Such a long time period kind of rules out your involvement in the ban, Blizzard doesnt work that slow. If this was the reason for one of your negatives I definitely think a nuetral would be better suiting

If the person traded it, it's no longer your issue. However, if the user was still using it/in his possension, a refund is nessecary.

Edit: Blizzard has proved to be slow on their bannings. They tend to add up the accounts rather then sepnding time just doing it to a few accounts at a time.

I seriously cannot believe you just said that, seriously. You know FOR THE FACTS! That the account you sold to my mate did not get resold, and it was 2 weeks after you sold it to him, the character just disappeared off armory.

The character was put onto a new account BY YOURSELF before you even sold it to us, so we weren't even able to xfer it off ourselves, and within 2 weeks, while the xfer was still down all this happened.

You seemed to reply to WarcraftExpress's forum thread about him loosing 2 characters from you, but as soon as I joined into the conversation, you just seemed to shut up, never logged onto AIM, never tried to contact me.

But yeah really quite amazing, how you recall the 7/8 Rogue, then you were able to resell it to WarcraftExpress, but you just seemed to never know how it happened? You kept on saying it was some kid, you were talking to his mother trying to resolve it, but nothing every happened, and then the rogue just appears back into your hands?.

I also just noticed, the other thread got locked, since I joined that conversation, only Pikey replied to it, to state his involvement in the middleman trading between us both.

Here is abit of light reading for anybody who thinks Allywarrior is not a scammer.

People, look at the thread that Nomak posted. In one incident, bepally purposely made sure that I sold the account before taking it back and reselling it (without my knowing until my client informed me). Proof has been posted on that thread.

Allywarrior, you pretend to be a legitimate seller whereas in reality you are an opportunist.

The End.

This is what we call retaliation feedback. It's feedback given not for the purpose of describing whether your transaction went well, but used to play the "just in case" card.

Over at eGaming Supply, we have a seven day grace period to leave feedback. If you miss this window, your out of luck, and all feedback can be removed after this window. Feedback should be left based upon the handling of a transaction, not the guarantee of the life of the character. The seller, or reseller ensures you get what you pay for, and does the best within their ability to make sure it is in good standing at the time of the sale.

However, as a buyer, you should also be well aware that account buying has a very large inherent risk factor built in. If you didn't know this already, now you know. If you expect anything else, your in the wrong market. If your expecting a lifetime guarantee, there's RMT websites out there for that, but we all know the horror stories for those entities. Not all MMO's are created equally, but nothing can be guaranteed in this industry.

This is buyer's beware territory, and never purchase anything you are unwilling to take a loss on. World of Warcraft is particularly touchy, as nearly anything done can result in a ban or suspension. Also due to the increased risk of reclaims, it's wise to consider the source who sells an account, their reputation, and measure them up to proper verification procedures.
