How do I submit feedback via iTrader ?

I figured it out..

How do I search for individual users though ?

Search bar up in the top left isn't working for a username.. even Google returns no results found :-(

Click someone's profile, then the Feedback tab. Click "view complete feedback" then on the right site "submit feedback"
