How Do I Recall Money On Paypal?!??!

So yea... I payed a guy 80$ for his level 19 paladin twink, talked to him on aim and all that sh1t (x cHrIS bObISx ) and as soon as he got the money, his responses slowed down and eventually he logged off, I have the AIM conversation saved and a claim filed with paypal. (Claim not dispute, i escalated it /u/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif ) But now I am seeing there is a way to recall??!?!? How do you do this! Happen too me twice i dont use paypal to buy wow accounts no more bottom line paypal is the best place if you wanna sell something and not deliver!
