many of my clients beg for services, discounts and stuff but after they get their product they change the tune when i contact them again or ask for feedback
i am trying to grow my feedback but many clients refuse or ignore giving feedbacks with an impolite manner

so recently a client intentionally ignored my messages on skype and ingame for 2 days, then he start providing lies just because he was lazy to create acc for feedback
3mins discussion he blocked me

i really really hate this type of personalities, so am asking what kind of legal processes i can do to punish this client ?

Buyers & Sellers are not obligated to leave trader feedback. It is not required and remains an option. Sometimes no matter how nice or professional you are that won’t necessarily translate to feedback, that’s just part of doing business. Personally, I’d say a large number of my clients don’t leave feedback or make EpicNPC accounts, while others do everytime, so definitely hit and miss. You can offer small incentives off their next purchase or a bonus item if they leave feedback after a trade. It’s also not a bad idea to come up with an after service message to send to your clients thanking them for their business and reminding them to leave feedback.

Anyways, good luck with your trades, but don’t sweat it if you don’t get feedback.

i mean feedbacks are needed otherwise nobody will buy my products, higher feedbacks are stronger and safer
if a repeated client buys from me multiple time in short period of time i will not ask for multiple feedbacks
but what i meant is i get tilted when clients change their tunes and treats me with ignorance just for a feedback and low care especially after they smile and beg for acre and discounts

am i able to make feedback necessary in our deal negotiation ?

I understand the concern, but you wouldn’t want those Individuals leaving you feedback anyways. Not sure what the issue is here when you have quite a few reviews as is, and literally every seller here deals with the same problem when it comes to ratings. Reviews have always been optional for any businesses or industry online so it wouldn’t make sense for us to allow members to force users to share their experience at this point.

You can offer small incentives like 10% off their next purchase, a partial refund / discount, or even bonus item to help incentivize reviewers after a trade, but you can’t force users to do it.

I have quite a few feedbacks, but at end of day I have thousands of unrated transactions.

Basically a happy customer may tell one person and an unhappy person will tell at least 10. So just be happy your feedback is all good.

Dont ask them for feedback (that's very one sided). Instead of that, ask them to "exchange" feedbacks. Explain how to do it properly, if necessary screenshot the submit feedback button cus a lot of newbies think feedback is just a comment. Now there are some people who wont put their phone number on epic, you can link epicnpc trustpilot page and explain further that phone checks are put in place to ensure there isn't fake feedbacks and to prevent fraud / shadow sim cards and what not. Tell them that it realistically takes 5 minutes, not more, to leave a feedback and it helps your business grow. If they still dont wanna do it just move on bro. I hope this helps

Good luck

There is alot different people out there. Like Dejan said ask them for "exchange" and not to leave only you.

But this happens to literally everyone I personally have feedbacks from maybe 2 out of every10 ppl , even if you give them a bonus , submit a ss where you show them how to do the feedbacks they simply ignore it and dont do it in the end.
However there are also ppl that spend the time do it without any bonus and are just happy for a nice , fast and safe deal!

If you really want to "punish" you can or you cant depends what you are selling. Obviously if you sell a account the buyer most likely wont come for another...but if you sell stuff like currencies for games etc you can simply refuse to sell them by telling them "you are out of stock" and that's about all you can do about it.

But in the end dont let this annoy you.
