Honestly, If I really cared about this, I'd get him banned, but he scammed, just like the rest of the 12 year old boys on here, I got my money back, have a great time Ian

So he accuses hammer of recalling an account without any evidence at all, then afterwhich he goes ahead and charges back his money through his creditcard or paypal.

Now if that aint clear cut fraud then i dont know what, he should be banned just for posting that.

Hordefancyme was banned for scamming gold years ago, under a different name, I thought this was fairly common knowledge around the trading community. If anyone cares enough to actually do their research on -REMOVED NAME- I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.

That isn't to say he hasn't changed his ways since then, he's obviously managed to build up his reputation somehow. Still no reason to ignore the fact that he was perma banned on a different account.

From what i could read my self to thanks to your information and vampire's, he is one of snowy's slaves and well snowy, khaccounts and some of the others have allways been the untoucheable on sites like theese since they bring income to mmobay as they did markeedragon, even though that they did infact "scam" some of their customers out of money by trying to avoid living up to their end of the deal.

The guy we sold it to had it recalled twice in a row from him, and now ian won't respond to emails or aims, 99% sure we are blocked


We ASKED Ian if we could recall it for us, he could've said no, but he accepted, its not like we were like recall it or we'll chargeback our money, kinda silly

The banned account is not our fault, blizzard does stuff like this, doesn't give him a right to recall the account and not respond to us
Believe it or not even tho i have nothing to do with this since i read the previous thread, you do have something to do with it, you had his photo id and everything and yet you ask him to recall it and then for some reason blizzard bans his main account which he had put in god knows how much work in.

The fault lies with you getting his account banned because he had to help you and you werent going to provide any compensation for him even though you had his Photo ID, and talking to snowy about this ? , snowy have had his share of scam reports opened up against him since people that bought accounts from him ended up loosing them, that just makes your situation worse.

Hammer never posted an email showing if or how his account got banned. Blizz doesn't just ban accounts without saying anything. Nor has he posted aim logs showing how he was harassed or how they threatened to recall the money if he didn't help.

Actually you are since you knew that account was associated with you and / chinese farmers with different IP's than his, you contacted him , you knew there was a risk and yet you probally didnt inform him that with multiple IP's on a account he was in risk of getting banned.

Their business is owned and operated in the US.



Both parties never submitted screen shots to ever support their stories therefore no bans took place, as of right now its Hammers word against Hordes neither will get a ban issued unless proper proof is displayed.


As of right now its ending at Horde has his money back. If hammer was telling the truth I'm sure he will work up the interest in supplying some sort of evidence for his story.

That's just the way business is done in the big wide world though. It's kill or be killed. So I don't hold anything against the ones who have been cashing out from this untapped market for the last 5 years. If you can cheat the system then you've beat the sytem imo, and for that you're the better one.

It's just best that people at least understand the way things work on this site so not to allow yourself to get taken advantage of by people who know the rules of how to play much better than you. Because when it comes down to it none of these high repped losers will ever take a loss unless they're reputation is at stake, which is always going to be worth more than any WoW account in the long run.

these forums are not bias all decisions are based off facts and evidence provided during a dispute, and the mods do an excellent job of sticking to evidence instead of stories.

That's just the way business is done in the big wide world though. It's kill or be killed. It's your personal choice who you decide to do business with, but statistically it is safer to deal with someone who has a good history and reputation. Since if a dispute ever occurs you are more likely to be compensated.

To answer your other question,

Resellers naturally would have more dispute threads opened on them since they have been around longer and handle a higher volume of transactions on the forums then the average user.

the important part is what happens in the dispute. If a reseller is proven wrong he pays up and properly compensates the user, hence resellers don't usually get banned since no scam took place.

the average user tends to get banned after the first dispute since they don't care enough to right the wrong. Not everyone operates with integrity. Not everyone on the forums trade or sell with the intention to scam, it's just when a dispute occurs with the account and they are given the choice to compensate or be banned they would rather just be banned.

I am sorry, but who really cares about ANY of this? It is simple. If the mods/admins saw anything wrong with the way that Horde handled himself, he would be banned. Other than that, if you do not like the way he does business, do not deal with him. I think it would actually be the other way around and we would not deal with you. Heck, I am already turn off by your failure to complete a sentence. If you look at the volume we pump out as resellers, you can understand that things sometimes go awry and it takes time to get everything back to even because so many people are involved. If you can remove your head from your anus, you would realize that we are trying to run a business while you run your mouth and sit in your chair doing nothing productive. We are the industry leaders of today and people that are actually trying to help the market push forward, while you do nothing but try to give what we do a bad rap. Go ahead and look at all my customers, Snowy's, TGS's, etc., and you will find we have a 99% or better successful sale rate with a VERY large number of happy and repeat customers. You may want to get your facts straight next time you decide to run your uninformed mouth.

I dont think your advice works, I am mostly sitting in a park when I troll the forums. I can see the statue of liberty right now (and 2 f16s that are flying over constantly) But I am curios what was the hordefancyme's old md name? lowercity? Wasn't that implied on the page 1 of this thread?

Well guess what kids regardless of how you feel about the outcome, in the end neither party supplied enough evidence to warrant a ban so as of now the thread is closed.Gunit if you think my team is performing in a biased manner you are sorely mistaken. Anytime a scam thread comes up involving a large reseller multiple mods are involved in the decisions, so until you know what goes on behind the scene's watch the accusations.
