I want to report this buyer blaming my team for his mistake, he was not careful in reading, I told him at the beginning this account was logged in using gmail, and the post status was using android only.

First he want to looking account and I bought an account from my colleague for him, i tell him first this account log gmail.

he didn't want to post the account because he didn't want other people to take this account, my team decided to respect him waiting for a decision. So I canceled all other buyers

After waiting for the decision, we make a transaction

that's how the story goes, our team is always ready for a refund if our team makes a mistake. we will respectfully accept how epicnpc's decision is

I was right in saying android is the option and I said log in using gmail and he said I changed the device status when there was this problem, why do I need a refund? He just put gmail in the thread and didn’t bother to put it is only able to login via Android devices. Gmail is a very vague description because even in IOS, you can use gmail go login via the username and password.

Anyway, i have managed to sell off the account he sold me, so i shall not pursue further, but i think it is only fair to leave the feedback and not take it down to serve as a warning for future buyers.

My laziness to read? YOU yourself just put a GMAIL there and assume everyone is using ANDROID. YOU as a seller has the responsibility to confirm with buyers that it can only work on ANDROID, not just keep quiet and assume everything

As of right now it shows android, so if it displayed that at the time of sale there really isn't anything we can do as the OS information was available to you.

For this game. you can only login the account that is gmail bound on Android device. IOS doesnt have the option to login through a gmail.

However, if seller stated that it is gmail login then I think it is the buyer responsibilities to figure it out.

You cannot expect seller to own both Android and IOS device at the same time. Seller just play the game on his device and put it up for sales and stating that he linked it to gmail. Its like an open offer, buyer decided to accept it knowing that you own IOS, as I think seller is only responsible to sell account but not provide any side extra knowledge.
