I did ask him if he is the same person on discord and epicNPC and here is what I got. He did proof himself to be the same person.

This chat was captured on phone and it's weird that his name didn't show up..

After sending the keys and receipts , I waited for so long and he hardly to reply and made some excuses as you could see based on the time.

He removed most of the chats in our conversation and blocked me.

I sent him a message.

He even sent me the screenshot but I forgot to take it. He removed it to avoid any scam accusation on him.

The person you're talking to on Discord has a different # number to the Discord you asked to confirm here on EpicNPC. Did you check this yourself?

Unfortunately you were scammed by an impersonator, someone pretending to be the user. Please, please do your due diligence and double check all identifying info before making any sort of transaction.

Go to the discord chats and copy the photo he sent and post it here and not cropted , and we can see the entire thing

i'm sorry, i'm posting here but i just had an encounter with this person.

this person is extremely SUS.

here are my posts in regard to this, since it's another thread.


but the key thing here is, this person has posted a SCREENSHOT of said inbox but censored it with white boxes; i sent a DM with an image of my PM box showing my screen, in the site feature it shows unread but it seems like this user has a found a loophole to make it seem like they never seen it, the more sus parts is the active login times when you check out the profile.

there's no doubt that either the high reputation user is in it or the account is compromised.

at around the 10:52-10:53 PM chat timestamp mark, this user posted the screenshot of said inbox but censored it out, he also censored said screenshot on my end in my opening PM to this user that he linked me.

i cannot recover the deleted message as it's a DM, and wish I saved the picture or used discord browser history ( i didn't click on the image only looked at thumbnail).

but i've seen it with my own eyes and it's been deleted when i called out the users bluff and blocked them briefly, please look into this more this person is beyond sus and the user has to be in on it or compromised.

high reputation or not, something needs to be done and it's happening too often here.

looking at the OP post; this said person has also provided proof and was able to screencap it before the scammer deleted it.

the person on epic also never replied back to my PM saying you are dealing with an impersonator, and the messages are still "unread", this is really obvious and more than one person is dealing with this, this person really is scamming.

"We do not use Discord. Our middleman do not use Discord. All Trade Guardian services are on Epicnpc, NEVER off-site or via email. We do not investigate Discord disputes"

this high reputation user has stopped doing any transactions on epic for nearly 4 months, looks like instead of trading they have been working on this long con for awhile now and staff don't seem to be catching on this???? this person is abusing this no discord policy; and is clearly creating cons around it..... it's painfully obvious especially when the screenshot of said person's inbox is being provided and CENSORED; and they are smart since they deleted the said image this time with my encounter.

i've replied to this thread and the other one and have made a report to the user's profile; you need to do more about this. discord disputes should be investigated especially when there's proof of the impersonator being able to provide screenshots of said person's inbox WTH? that's an on-site matter aswell.

and last bit, i added another screenie of the message still not being seen/replied too; if this person was so honest why are they online when these are scams are happening and why are they not responding to these PM's warning of an impersonation? even till now??? beyond sus it's painfully obvious and you don't need to be a nancy drew or need any of blue's clues to be able to connect all the dots here.

this is clearly coming from someone who knows he can get away with it.

why is this person able to get screenshots of ur inbox???? why do you have zero responses to that and only resort to defending yourself instead of have some sort of empathy with the various users complaining about it? I didn't even fall for the scam and they way said person types/behaviour is very similar to you on this site aswell...

ur login times correlate with the times i've been messaged with this seller and you've been online the entire time, the whole "i'm not around" excuse is too convenient, you've been sitting on this for awhile and clearly found a way to see PM's without triggering the read status.

as with the 4 months remark, i mean so by trading actively; one transaction in over 4 months??? sure you can go with not as active trader anymore, but if that is the case why are you still so active on the forums and it only seems to be when it comes to defending yourself to these reports.

someone who used to be ex staff on a trading forum should be less defensive and more proactive about preventing his impersonators.

all you've done really here is shown that you need to touch some grass and still conveniently ignore my point when it comes to said impersonator being able to get screenshots of ur inbox that are censored and then deleted afterwards.

Here is the biggest flaw in the reasoning behind this. If you notice in the image with the white boxes that it shows Sakura's name up top. Which means that the image is not taken by Sakura as it is taken from the pov of the person that has messaged Sakura.

If you open your conversations with any user in your inbox their name will show where Sakura's name is in the image.

Should mention Badmouthkeyboard sent me just the message 'hello' multiple times yesterday.

Anngc also just said 'hi'

So if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and sends nonsensical messages multiple times its probably the scammer impersonating me so they can get the username on their picture.
