What is the dispute about?
This isn't a scam it's more the chatting system and all the messages I was getting confused me and made me think I was buying a completely different account.
From my pov I made a thread wanting female MC + Ayaka + klee or Ganyu and summer barb.

I got a lot of messages from a lot of people, and when Vycenb messaged me first he sent me an account and the price I got was too high. Later on he messaged me again I didn't realize he was the same guy from before because as I said I've been getting a lot of messages. I skipped the consolation pictures and stuff because all I really wanted was Ayaka klee/ganyu and summer barb and I saw all of them in the first image. I assumed it'd be too pricey so I just asked price and got an answer surprised it was low but I wanted it so I bought it.
I did not realize I was buying another account that I didn't want, we went through I sent him ther money he sent me the account after downloading it I looked at the account and found no ayaka and such. I realized I got tricked by the chat messages and messaged him about it and got denied. It's not 100% his fault but I don't want this account because in no world would I have accepted an account without ayaka.
Other deteiils / notes: I'm willing to come to a compromise and give him $20 for an annoyance fee
