Help- prefix

Found that there apparently should be a prefix option at the top of the page ( read this in a post here, tried searching answers before asking) but there is none for me.

Anyone be kind enough to explain why I can't find it or am I looking in the wrong spot ?

No problem, I switched too web version and it works that way
