Help on getting recalled accounts back

I purchased a priest on 1/6/2008 and as of today I can no longer log onto the account. I logged on to another of my accounts to see what was going on with my priest and she’s no longer on the server. I believe the account might have been recalled by the OO because I xfered her in Feb so that wouldn’t have been up yet. I’ve contacted the seller but right now Im assuming I will never get this account back.

But what’s got me really worried is my credit card info is attached to that account (should have used a game card but couldn't spare the $30). I’m not really worried about them getting my card info as blizzard blocks out most of the info. Im worried that I will be charged $14.99 for an account that has been recalled. I think I can have that charge reversed but I’m not to sure of that.

Any suggestions on getting this account back, or advice would be great

If the priest is no longer on the server then the priest was xfered off. Blizzard no longer uses the 3 month cooldown they use a 1 month cooldown now. My thought is that the priest has been xfered off and you can't get the account back. What you need to do is call blizzard give them the info of the account and say youd like your credit card canceled. They will ask you for the full length of the credit card make sure you have that handy.
