If you are OO you can all blizzard and tell them someone has stolen your information and you need to change your SQA and such and even with your ID if he doesn't know the account name anymore he won't be able to do anything. Also please post in scammers if this guy is a MMOBay user.

Be aware that It depends on the Blizz employee you get as well, Some of them will just be A**Ho*** and not Recover your account for you.
