i get some trouble now ,hope u could help me out
user name phupie tried to buy 6k gold from me today ,but i doubt he used stolen paypal to sent the payment after i verified ,so i dont want to do business with him ,then i wanna refund his payment ,but he didnt let me to do that ,said he wont get the payment that i refunded,even said very rude words,obviously,he did use stolen paypal,at last i still refunded him,but he left a negative on my feedback,said "very stressful and confusing totally wasted my time and I lost 21.00",i have refuned his 21$,how he lost his money? i even didnt trade with him ! i think he should not and cant random leave negatives on others' feedback ,really hope Administrators could help me out and remove it from my feedback,thanks very much!
i also have our dialogue logs ,i could provide it if necessary
