i have a trouble now and need u to help me out
User name phurie aim skill4h tried to scamm me today ,but failed, i think the payment that he sent me was not legit,cuz his words are very doubtful ,so i dont want to do business with him ,so i refunded him ,when i refund him the money,he didnt let me refund ,said he couldnt get the payment ,and he even said very rude words, i am sure he wanted to scam me and he used stolen paypal to pay me ,,so i refuned him.At last he left a negative on my feedback,said "very stressful and confusing totally wasted my time and I lost 21.00",i have refunded $21,how did he lose 21 usd? Even i never do business with him, he should not and CANT offhandedly leave negative on others feedback.I hope Administrators could help me out and remove the negative that he left,thanks very much!
