Since last week I am trying to renewal the upgrade in my account, but it is saying I can't, because of Proxy and VPN, but I do not use it. Can someone help me ?

You can't use a proxy or VPN when making a payment. iCloud Private Relay is not a ISP. Please do not use that.

There's nothing we can do from our end. Sorry.
