What is the dispute about?
he scammed me, he paid me by paypal G&S to buy a destiny2 account, and than he used cheats on the account right after he get it , after I list all the unnormal activity he did on the account, including cheat stuff, he admit it, and said he won't open the dispute on paypal cause it's his fault. and I promised him I wil sell a good account to him with a price much lower than market, he accepted, but half hours later, he opens the dispute on paypal to get the money, and he blocked me on discord, he is a scammer
