Having PL done on my account, got 72-hour temp ban... now?

Not sure if this is the right section.

im getting pling done on an account, its going slow but w/e. Today i get an email from blizzard with a password reset. I go to log into account management and find my account is temp-banned for 72 hours-never got an email for a reason why.

once the temp-ban is done, should I allow the company to continue pling? or get another company to do it? i would do it, but i dont have that much time to play with college and work.

not wanting this account to get perm-banned, because its the only account i have and would be able to play.

Blizzard tracks IP's.

If they flag an account because one hour you are in texas, the next hour you are in thailand(haha) they flag your account and look at the ips. This could of resulted in your ban, possibly.
 
seems weird they would track ips 2 weeks after i place my order. oh well, hoping it stays at 72 hours, should i go back to the current pler? or go somewhere else?
 
I personally would go with a different Pler. You could always inquire about your 3 day suspension in game see if they give you more information. See if they were using bots/macroing/exploitation, in that case I would defiantly go with another company
 
If they leveled slow, they are a botter. 1-80 takes only 14-17 days hand leveled. Botting takes 21-28 days.

You should change your company and tell whoever you choose to use, that you were just recently suspended, so they can take the appropriate steps.

As for the reason why, call blizzard and ask why it was temp banned. Chances are it was an IP issue, if it was for selling gold, your account would have been banned instead.
 
Ask for a refund for the remaining levels and go talk to someone who does their leveling by hand.

Exentrix (spelling) does an amazing job for hand leveling.

Yeah, i think im going to get Exenztrix to do the rest of the job.

I highly doubt the company will refund me the money for the remaining levels, they wouldn't compensate me with good or anything for taking longer than they said it would.
 
I would suggest staying logged off.
Do not interrupt the Power Leveler by logging on randomly
when he is on, or asking him to log off. Let them finish
their job, and once they are done, change your password and don't log on for a couple of days. I usually wait until they are done doing maintenance than I log on.
 
things like this happen esp with well used proxies or virtual private network IPs - just wait till the 72 hour is over then give the powerleveler the account back to continue what you paid for.
