Having An Auction - Can Ford, Toyota, Honda, or Any of the others Donate A Car To Me?

I am wondering, with how regulated the car industry is, if a business would be able to partner up with Ford or Toyota etc and receive a car monthly to auction off....

I know Malls do this, baseball games you will see them, etc but I am not sure if they go through Ford or through a Ford Dealer.

Am I able to go through Ford itself and do this if I partner with them and Ford says the cost is an advertising expense?

mabye you can buy a car then make a scam auction and charge people like 500$ per ticket and sell 1000 tickets

Nooo. I am serious, anyone know if Ford COULD do this with all regulations?

How do baseball games and special events get cars? They usually dealerships or from Ford itself? Could Ford count giving out cars as a advertising Fee?
