Have 100 exalt orbs willing to part with for 5 usd each. Also have likely the best winter orb gear on the server. Tool tip sits at 101k dmg 58% crit 420 multi with 5900 hp 1900 es. This build can insta kill any boss that doesn't go immune and any that can't be one shot go to phase instantly. This gear is easily worth 300 plus exalts and I would be willing to take reasonable offers only. This gear will keep you going and making bank for as long as you see fit.
