About 6-7 months ago I got scammed out of 250 USD$ for trying to buy a WOW account. Well I did not put "unauthorized transaction" so it would be very unlikely to get my money back, after fighting with paypal the whole time I got my money back a little while ago. I then asked the guy on the phone what happened to the other guy? He told me the "scammer" is facing harsh legal action!, although I don't know what harsh legal actions is I guess paypal is getting flooded with reports of scammers. They are really cracking down.
