Just win the dispute and you will get your money back. Prove to paypal that you sold him a world of warcraft account, and they will not protect that guy.

Aim logs, Markee link, screenshot proving he is asking questions about it etc.

Use your imagination, and always record everything you do with people, as well as taking screenshots. My email to paypal was 3 pages long, hard to deny that.
