Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I was interested in purchasing a modded GTA 5 account, i added the seller on skype, they promptly added me and we had a chat, i sent the seller money via Paypal (friends and family option, meaning i cant get resolve it via paypal) and they took the money, they said wait an hour (i started getting sketchy then because the thread said "DELIVERY TIME IS INSTANT". Anyway i wait half an hour, then message the seller asking how things are going with it, they then instantly send me a fake username and password for Social Club then "appear offline". I know they appeared offline cause i got my friend to add them and chat to them and they were having a conversation.......
