What is the dispute about?
I contacted the seller first from his epicnpc thread, Seller, basically a scammer i sent him 400 USD of BTC after the 3 confirmations he said he would changed the info he didnt and started ghosting me. He also refused to use a MM, due to being 'new to the site' and funny how he said he was underage but yet, he has a coinbase account when i messaged him on my main discord. So i used coinbase first but didnt realize it would hold money if bank payment, so i decided to use coinomi to pay him then once the first 3 confirms he scammed/ghosted.
