Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
first of all, after the transaction i asked for the ID to close the sell, the seller said no for the ID until he dont have money in his bank account (transfer from paypal take 3-5 day), i said ok but i will make a positive review only when i have the ID, he said perfect, i didn't got ID, and seller didn't answer me on skype for that.

now, he scammed me, i have no longer access to the account, the seller didn't give me and dont want to give me his ID, he said contact blizzard, i can't contact blizzard because blizzard want proof of ID.

proof of payment is in picture, paypal one 300$ USD to harry YI (harrytko) and another 12$ USD for fee. on february 9.

He has been banned for spam guess he got a bit desperate to sell it again before ban.
Made it clear in his account that he is not to be unbanned. He was active and ignored this before ban.
