this is the link of the feedback, im gonna explain
i been in this web for years and my reputation is clean as crystal.
i am tne only one offering lost ark korea accounts, the bussines is that korea limits the accs a korean can create so im not korean so my partner is married to a korean woman and they live there.
the limit is 5 accounts per Korean ID so we only have 10 accounts limit thats all,
i started offering "permanent" accounts. the only people offering accounts for lost ark are some chinese webs who steal Korean ID so thats why they have unlimited stock and they do renting so if you dont pay 1 month they takeback the acc etc
so i didnt want to do that and i was selling as permanent explaining that i wont take back acc. it all went smooth i have 10 costumers happy. but after the first month most of them got bored or whatever so i started losing money and a lot cause we have to pay the phone numbers, every account is linked to a phone number so we have to pay the phone number etc. so we did an attempt to recue the bussines so we took the people who bought ingame purchases and chose to keep the first and give them the acc permanent and other people who rented for a month we told we changibng the politics cause we cant keep offering permanent. if we go bankrupt with this they lose the account anyways cause we cant reverify the accounts every month like the game requires.
i told this costumer( the one who left bad feedback) what we were doing he said we were scam and literally blocked , i was even going to offer to give his money back and like a child he chose to block and report and left bad feedback.
i dont think this is fair for me to have this bad feedback in my reputation when i couldnt even fix the situation. i will link the screenshoits here also.
so the thing is he is assuming im becoming rich cause i charge 30€ per month to costumer and he assumes i am creating new accounts all day and if you do a little research you can see you cant, you can ask any korean lost ark player,
btw all of this is cause a lost ark korea accounts.
