Got a random negative feedback from a member that i haven’t even talked with

I woke up today and i saw that i had a trade guardian notification,some guy wanting to sell me an account(I am not even buying accounts for a week)
And i also got a negative from the same guy for no reason at all.I have no idea who is he,nor i ever talked with him.
This feedback system should be really changed,anyone can give you a negative reputation and until it gets removed it ruins our business.
