Yes. It is still possible to recover an account with recovery answers.

For the vast majority of games it's possible for the original owner to take the account back by contacting support, claiming it hacked and providing info on the account to prove ownership.

That's why it's very important to buy accounts from trusted people.

If an account you buy is recalled, you have to open a dispute. We'll try to figure out if the OO (original owner) took it or possibly someone else. If it's decided the OO took it back, they will be asked to either refund you, return the account or they will be banned.


That said the overwhelming account trades and sales on this site never have an problem. You just need to fully secure an account once you received it and have some trust in the person you purchased it from.
