Not really looking for other skins but will increase the price if the account has a lot of skins
Account MUST have risen legend Ahri and Leblanc, if one skin from the list is missing then that's fine too
Immortalised Legend Ahri is fine but I'd not overpay 500$ for the skin upgrade
Region transfer MUST be instantly available / the account is originally already in SEA
